To access WebAdvisor your are required to enter your student credential (SunMail account).

- Alumni (Graduated from FALL 2007 to Present):
Students who graduated after Fall 2007 are eligible to have student credentials for accessing WebAdvisor. Students will need to contact the Registrar's office at (305)-593-1223 Ext 274 to initiate this process.

- Alumni (Graduated previous FALL 2007 session):
Students who graduated previous the Fall 2007 will not find data in our systems; in consequence, any request for documents will need to be made directly to the Registrar's office (via phone, 305-593-1223 /Ext 274, or by sending the request via conventional mail).

Requests by MailWhen requesting transcript(s) or any other document(s) via mail, you must do so in writing and include the following information:- Your name
- Id number or Social Security Number
- The address to which your transcript should be sent.
- A check or money order for the amount due

However, during busy periods such as mid-term or final examinations, Commencement, Registration and Add & Drop periods, there will be some delay. Transcripts should be requested well in advance of these periods.Official transcripts requested for Internship sites may be picked-up by the student to be included in your application package.
