Doral, FL. February 6, 2009. The Business Administration Department of Carlos Albizu University (CAU) will provide its Master of Business Administration students with a complimentary home-delivery subscription to the South Florida Business Journal.
For nearly 30 years, the South Florida Business Journal has delivered timely critical news to the local business community. Built upon a foundation of credibility and dedication to being the pre-eminent business news source for South Florida, the Business Journal is more than ink on paper. In addition to award-winning editorial, it provides opportunities for the tri-county business community to meet, network and reach shared goals for business development.
Kevin Gale, editor of the South Florida Business Journal for the tri-county area noted that this initiative is “very appropriate in light of the difficult economic conditions. More than ever, business owners and managers need access to up-to-date local business news, best-practices and opportunities. We commend CAU for offering this value-added advantage to its MBA students.”
According to Prof. Stan Johnson, full-time faculty member of the Business Administration program, “most of the students in the MBA program are working professionals and business owners. The Journal will be a useful tool in their academic advancement and their professional careers, by exposing them to relevant local business news, stories and advice.”
